COMMUNICATING A COMPANY’S CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION
We helped HNTB transform itself from an engineering firm known for reliability, to one known for imagination and creativity. Our approach was to help HNTB bring to life its creative culture and visionary employee thinking, and then project that spirit of innovation to clients and prospects. To do this we operationalized HNTB’s identity, conducted national training sessions on implementing the system, designed and developed an award-winning annual report, and re-wrote and re-designed the sales communications used with clients.
