Sullivan develops new “Life Goals” collateral series for TIAA-CREF
We partnered with TIAA-CREF to develop a comprehensive new collateral system for its core customer base — employees of educational, medical, cultural, and research institutions. Sullivan developed the overall communications strategy and provided graphic design and copywriting services. The series, launched in August 2007, takes a needs-based approach, educating participants on how they can prepare for life’s most common financial goals, and showing how TIAA-CREF products, services and objective advice can help them reach those goals.
