Ideal candidates will have a proven record of leading projects from strategic and conceptual development through implementation and deployment.  You possess solid project management, organizational, and people management skills. You are equally comfortable working with marketers and strategists, creative teams, technical developers, and all types of contractors and vendors.  You will manage multiple client relationships, and promote collaboration across all project teams.  Essentially, you should strive to be the steward of any type of project initiative and the glue that holds everything together successfully.   

 Your primary responsibility is to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest degree of quality possible. You are comfortable scheduling and managing multiple projects, mitigating project risks, escalating issues, and managing communication between internal team members, clients and vendors. Developing project plans, estimates, and statements of work are things you do in your sleep.  You have solid experience managing all types of interactive projects – OLA (banners), social media / networking, website and mobile web development – but are interested in creating and managing truly integrated experiences that involve all forms of media and content (video, animation, print, events, and digital).  Experience with iOS, Android and other mobile app platforms a plus.

 You should have a portfolio of successful projects, and proficiency with project management methodologies and associated software.  You ideally have a working knowledge of common interactive user interface development processes and content management systems.  A basic understanding of video and animation development processes is a huge plus.  Excellent written and verbal communications skills, a keen attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are a must.
